A campsite committed to respecting the environmentDomaine de la Ville Huchet has been awarded the Clef Verte<\/strong><\/a> label since 2018.Present on five continents, the Clef Verte tourism ecolabel is the leading international sustainable tourism label<\/strong> for tourist accommodation and restaurants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Developed in France since 1998<\/strong>, the Clef Verte label is the leading ecolabel for tourist establishments in France, both in terms of the number of establishments awarded the label and its long history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Green Key criteria<\/strong> are established internationally<\/strong> by the Foundation for Environmental Education and reviewed every 4 years<\/strong> to take account of technological advances and environmental issues. Each country uses the international criteria<\/strong> to develop its own criteria, which may not be less demanding than the international standard. <\/p>\n\n\n

On the contrary, each country can reinforce certain criteria, and must systematically obtain approval for any changes from the Green Key label’s International Management. Green Key criteria are regularly re-evaluated to ensure that they remain ahead of the curve and meet the new environmental requirements of the Fondation pour l’\u00e9ducation \u00e0 l’environnement (FEE) internationally and Teragir in France.Campsites are often sensitive to environmental issues, and the Green Key label is a guarantee of seriousness for those who want to take their commitments further.<\/strong> It certifies that the company’s environmental approach meets over a hundred criteria<\/strong> in all areas of sustainable tourism management.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n
