Finally, here we are! The big day of the opening of our creperie Chez La Mère Huchette has arrived. After several months of pause, the crêperie of the campsite of La Ville Huchet reopens its doors. Come and taste one of the many new recipes on the menu.

Spending a holiday at the Ville Huchet campsite is an opportunity for our guests to come into contact with the Breton tradition and to enjoy all that the region has to offer. And what could be more natural than to taste one of the region's unmissable culinary specialities, the crêpe? More than a speciality, it is a real tradition. And this tradition has been carried on for many years in our crêperie, which is undoubtedly a great place for holidaymakers to enjoy.
In this month of May 2023, which marks the beginning of the summer season, we are happy to reopen the doors of our crêperie, built in one of the annexes of the castle. For the occasion, we have given it the name it deserves: Chez La Mère Huchette. Welcoming, lively, La Mère Huchette knows how to treat its guests! La Mère Huchette is this mother for some or this grandmother for others who concocts good traditional galettes as we like them, generous and greedy as we like...
Quality products from Brittany
Chez La Mère Huchette combines tradition and know-how, with Stéphane our crepe maker and Maïwenn our waitress. Stéphane is an expert in all kinds of sweet and savoury crepes, a passionate lover of good taste who will delight your taste buds. As for Maïwenn, she welcomes you, advises you and serves you, so that you can be sure to have a good time with your family and friends.
Our crêperie also honours products from the Breton region of course! All the galettes and crêpes on the menu at Chez La Mère Huchette are made from organic flour. For this, we get our supplies from the Moulin de Quincampoix, the only mill still in operation on the Couesnon. Located a few dozen kilometres from the campsite, it allows us to combine high quality products with local products!
The same goes for the cider that you can taste, as it comes from the traditional Sorre cider mill in Plerguer, only 20 km from the campsite.
By buying organic flour and traditional cider near the campsite, we can support local producers, producers who, like us, love quality work and good Breton products.
