Saint-Malo, Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale, Dinan… A region rich in discoveries
During your stay at camping Domaine de La Ville Huchet, be sure to visit the local area.
Don’t spend a vacation in Brittany without stopping off at Saint-Malo, Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale, Cap Fréhel or Dinan. Domaine de La Ville Huchet, located in Saint-Malo in the Ille-et-Vilaine region, is the ideal starting point for your holiday in Brittany.
A stopover in a corsair town
Saint-Malo
Just 5 minutes from the campsite, visit the Intra-muros: the old town of Saint-Malo and its ramparts. For a relaxing swim, head for the white sandy beach of Le Sillon. Discover the Cité Corsaire, not to be missed under any circumstances. You can even set sail on a boat trip.
Discover the high tides:
It’s here in France that the sea changes most dramatically. The amplitude of the tide can exceed 12 meters, so every 6 hours, the landscape of the Emerald Coast is renewed in a palette of unsuspected colors. At high tide, the sea rises to storm the ramparts and dike of the sillon in a spectacle you’ll never forget.
